🤎 Seeing double? Your eyes aren't deceiving you! This stunning pair of antique 4-drawer pine dressers have gone from a worn, orange finish to a beautiful scrubbed/raw pine look.
🤎After several hours of removing the stubborn old finish, the dressers were sanded down to raw wood, cleaned, and treated with a custom paint wash. They were then sealed with a white wax for a natural, timeless finish.
🤎 The drawer joinery (dovetails) on both pieces appears to be handcarved, dating these pieces to approximately the late 1800s or early 1900s. The drawers glide with ease and are complemented by wooden knobs in the same style finish (white wax).
🤎 The insides of the drawers have been lined with a black and white floral print and have also been refreshed with an unscented furniture tonic to refresh the wood and help prolong its life.
🤎 The "scrubbed" or raw pine look is highly sought after and is often laborious to achieve, but it's fair to say it's worth the time and effort! Don't miss out on this incredible set. May be sold separately ($749 each) or save by buying both at a bundled price of $1400. Available for pickup in Windham, Maine, near the high school. Please see detailed measurements below.
